AllPaintings Order Processing and Delivery Expectations

Order processing times vary according to the type and number of items purchased and where they are going. If you are in a rush, select Expedited or Overnight Delivery, which will reduce the processing time by up to three days.

Orders are only shipped and delivered on business days, so our delivery estimates do not include weekends.

We will combine items so that we can offer you the best delivery rates. This might mean that we hold on to some of your items while we wait for an item that is temporarily out of stock.

   Note: If you order a combination of Paintings and Special Order Prints, the order processing time may be 5-7 days because we will ship those items together in one shipment.

Delivery Method Transit Time
   Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days after processing
   Expedited Delivery: 2-4 business days after processing
   Overnight Delivery: 1 business day after processing
   NOTE: Your order will arrive based on the processing time plus the transit time. For example, if your processing time is 3-5 business days and you pick Overnight delivery, you should expect to receive your order in 4-6 business days.

   Average transit time based on orders shipping to addresses in the Continental United States.

How to track my Shipment
We will send you a Shipping Notification email when your order has been shipped including a tracking number (only if a tracking service is available for your package). If your package is shipped with UPS, delivery will occur between Monday and Friday. If it is shipped with FedEx, delivery will occur between Tuesday and Saturday.

A tracking service is available on our website by clicking the 'Track Order' link and entering your Order Number and email address.

At AllPaintings.com we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. In the event that you are not satisfied with any item, you may return in within 30 days of receipt and we will give you a replacement or refund the price of the item. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please read the instructions below for information on how to return an item.

Reason for Return: order damaged during delivery or other quality concerns.
If you have a quality concern, you can speed up your return with Easy Photo Return by taking the following steps:
  1. 1.Take a digital photo of the damaged item and the shipping container it arrived in (if damaged).
  2. 2. Complete an Easy Photo Return form including the photos and indicate whether you would like a refund or replacement
  3. 3. Within 24-48 hours you will receive an email confirming that your Easy Photo Return is being processed.
  4. 4. If your Easy Photo Return is confirmed you will not be required to return the item and we will process your refund or replacement.
Please note that Easy Photo Return is not available for some items, including Apparel, Tapestries, Hand Painted Art and Limited Edition Prints. If the photographic evidence does not demonstrate any damage or quality issue, you may be required to return the item at your expense for the return to be processed. If you are unable or ineligible to complete an Easy Photo Return, please contactOrders@allpaintings.com.

Reason for return: change of mind If the item is not right for you, return it and you will receive a full refund (shipping charges not included) by taking the following steps:

  1. 1. Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (if damaged).
  2. 2. Complete an form by including your photos and indicating whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
  3. 3. You will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming that your photo return is being processed.
  4. 4. If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your order. We will process the refund or replacement based on your photos.

International Shipping Limitations

The maximum size limitation on rectangular-shaped parcels imposed by customs agencies is usually 107 x 201centimeters (note that the maximum length and girth combined is 274 centimeters). If you place an order which exceeds the maximum limit, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount.

What is priority processing? If you select Expedited or Overnight shipping during checkout, your order will be handled immediately and depending on the items ordered, the processing time may be reduced by up to 3 days.

How will I know when my order ships? We will send you a Shipping Notification email when your order has been shipped including a Tracking or Airway Bill number (only if a tracking service is available for your package). Delivery estimates do not include weekends.

My order is a gift- will the recipient see the costs and can I add a gift note? During the ordering process you can indicate that your purchase is a gift that that you are able to add a personal gift message (and we will know not to include any pricing information on the packing slip!) You can use our free E-card service by finding the image on our website and clicking on the ‘Send This Image as Free E-Card’ link. This will notify the recipient that the package is on its way.

How is my order packaged? We take great care to ensure that your purchases are carefully and appropriately packed for transit.

Paintings and Art Prints are rolled in protective wrap and packaged in a cardboard cylinder.

Glossy Photos and Photo Cards are packaged in a protective flat cardboard envelope.

Decorative Mirrors, Canvas Transfers, Mounted Items and Framed Items are covered in protective wrap and packaged in a sturdy cardboard box.

Do you ship to my country? Probably- we ship almost everywhere! When placing your order, the Shipping Information page contains a drop-down list for you to select your country. If your country is not listed, unfortunately we are unable to ship to that location.
