If you prefer to pay via money order or bank transfer, please provide us the bank transaction number or payment verification number for verification purposes. Please allow us 3 days or after your money order or bank transferred has been cleared before we process the shipment of your item.
What Do I Need to Know About Shipment?
Please provide us your shipment information:
Complete Name
Complete Shipment Address (either home or office),
Contact Numbers (home or office), and
Email Address
Do NOT use P.O. Boxes or Military APOs as your shipment address.
If you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately before your item will be shipped.
Change of shipping address is not applicable anymore once your item has been shipped out already from our warehouse. If some unavoidable situation happens, please call the shipping company near to your location and provide your tracking number for their verification.
After we have shipped your item, we will send you a notification which includes the tracking number, via email, for your verification and confirmation.
We will ship your items via UPS, FEDEX, DHL or USPS
Your shipment fee may vary depending on your location or country. Please see Shipment Fee (this should be a link) for more details and information.
The "International Fee" that we show in the shopping cart and throughout checkout covers the international shipping costs, duties, and brokerage fees. We will handle all the paperwork. Please note that Taxes and Duties varies depending on your location or country, thus the shipment fee may also vary depending on the package’s weight. We may also require additional shipping fees for remote places or countries.
Your item will arrive between 1 and 15 business days after it leaves the warehouse or depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse.
If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.
If you have not received your item within the estimated delivery date, please call your local shipment company near to you.
You must inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, "Product Damaged" clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem, and your order will be fulfilled as soon as possible.

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies worldwide. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience. When your order is ship, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

We will ship your items via UPS, FEDEX, DHL or USPS. These companies provide the fastest and most reliable method of shipping available for many items we sell. Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 1 and 10 business days after it leaves the warehouse. We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.
Every shipment has an estimated delivery date depending on your location. It may usually take 1-15 days to deliver your item. We ask you to be in your shipment address within the specified delivery date for you to be able to check on the condition of your package.
If in case, you have not received your package after 15 days, please call your local shipping company near you.
If you are having trouble with the shipping company, please feel free to call us.
Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-check the items, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping.
You must inspect your package at the time of delivery. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing or the box has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, "Product Damaged" clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem, and your order will be fulfilled as soon as possible. This is VERY important. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.
If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or damaged, please contact us right away and we will ship you the replacement parts free of charge. Speed matters since most carriers only let us file freight claims within 48 hours of delivery. If we cannot replace the parts, we will have the carrier pick up the package and we will send you a replacement. All returned products should be in the original packaging.
Please notify us via email if you received your item damaged and we will arrange a replacement item for you. Again, all returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified. The damaged item must be returned to us within 30 days. Please note that you need to shoulder the shipment fee of the damaged item when you returned it to us but there will be no additional costs when a replacement has been shipped.
We are sorry to inform you that we do not refund your payment but you may conveniently request replacement parts via email. For instructions on how to do so, please see Replacement. We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
How can I ask for a Replacement?
Replacement can be given if any of these occurs:
Item is damaged
Item did not arrive or is missing
Item is not the one that has been ordered
Damaged Item
If item or the package arrives with damage, please take a picture of it for and send the picture to us via email. Also provide us your order information such as the item code and title so we may prepare for your replacement.
Missing Item or Item Did Not Arrive
We will send a notification of the shipment of your item after the order has been placed. Shipment usually takes 1-15 days for your item to arrive. After 15 days of shipment and you still have not received your item, please feel free to call or contact us and we will verify it with the shipment company. If we found out that your item was not delivered to you, we will send you a replacement item.
Wrong Item Delivered or Item Specifications Are Not As Expected
If the item that has been delivered is not the one that you have been ordered, please notify as immediately or within 3 days after the delivery. Please take a picture of it so we may compare it to the one that you have been ordered.
Our artist will create a copy of that painting that you have ordered and unfortunately that has been damaged or lost. Please give us 14 days to create a copy of it. And give us another 14 days for the shipment.
If you want to have a different item as a replacement, please notify us what item code or model that you like and we will create a copy of that item. Please be informed that we can only send you the same size of your original order.
If you wish to change the size of the painting, please notify us immediately before our artist starts doing the replacement. We may ask for additional shipment fee if the size of the painting gets bigger.

Customizing your painting
We also do custom made paintings. Please provide us the picture of the art or painting that you’d like us to copy and give us the details such as the color, size and if it is rolled or stretched. Then leave it all to our Artist. We will send you a picture of the custom-made painting for your verification before we ship it.
Reproduction
Since we do custom-made paintings, we can also make you a copy of the Old Masters paintings. You can send us the picture of that painting or you can tell us the name of the Old Master’s painting.
Stretching
We also offer stretching. We have 1 inch, 1.5 inches, 2 inches and 2.5 inches stretcher bars. Your item is ready to hang then after it has been mounted in the stretcher bar.
