What is the difference between a Poster and an Art Print? An Art Print is usually printed on a higher grade of paper. This means it is thicker and may provide more texture. Why are some Art Prints more expensive than others? Other than being over-sized, the price of an Art Print may be increased by any of the following: |

- It is a limited edition print
- It is a Serigraph (an Art Print printed through a silk screen stencil)
- It is a Lithograph (a method of Printing using a stone or metal plate)

| What if I cannot find what I am looking for? If you have reviewed the section ‘Finding a Product’ and still cannot find what you are looking for, it may be out of print and no longer available.

| What is an original movie poster and what is a double-sided movie poster? Original movie posters usually have a limited print run (which means they are only available for a short period of time). Double-sided movie posters are printed on both the front and backside, with a mirror image of the print on each side.

| What does H/C, S/N and S/N/L/E mean?
|
H/C: this is a reprint of an original poster or print. The picture is printed in a black-and-white copy, then an artist hand colors the picture (occasionally the colors of the copy may vary slightly from the colors of the original).
S/N: this is a print signed by the artist that colored that print. S/N/L/E: this is a limited edition print signed by the artist that colored that print.

| Why can’t I frame a painting or print? The combination of print, cropping, matting and molding (or the print itself) may be too big to frame. We can only frame combinations of up to 89 x 114 centimeters. You can reduce the size in the following ways:

- Crop the print
- Remove mats
- Choose a smaller molding
- Select from out Oversized Mats

| Can I add a gift card to my gift and can I be sure that it will arrive in time? During the ordering process you are able to add a gift message and you can use our free E-card service by finding the image on our website and clicking on the ‘Send This Image as Free E-Card’ link. This will notify the recipient that the package is on its way.

| What do the options ‘Crop’ and ‘No Crop’ mean?
|
| Crop: if you are using matting and your print has a colored border, you are able to crop the border and mat the image edge. We note that if you select this option, the border and associated text are removed and the mat will stop at the edge of the image, so the finished size will be smaller than the dimensions listed on our website.

| No Crop: if you are using matting and your print has a colored border and you select this option, the matting will be fitted outside the edge of the printed paper.

| How do I pay by check? In order to pay by check/money order, place your order online and select the Pay by Mail option. When you have completed your order, print two copies of the Mail Order Form (1 for you and 1 for us). Write your order number on a check made payable to AllPaintings.com drawn from a US Bank and payable in US dollars and post it to us with a copy of the Mail Order Form. This payment option is only available for orders being shipped to the United States. Please note: we hold checks in excess of $250 for 7 business days before processing.

| Can I use a bank/check card with a Visa/MasterCard logo on it? Of course! Remember though, your financial institution may place a hold on the funds when your order is placed. The order amount is not accessible to you and may appear as a charge in your account.

| Do you accept PayPal? Yes, for orders under $250.00 being shipped to the United States, Australia, Canada, France, Germany and the United Kingdom.

| Do you accept COD or wire transfers? Currently we only accept credit card payments or checks and money orders (if they are drawn from US banks and payable in US dollars).

| When will I be charged for my order? You will be charged when your item is shipped to you. Please note that if you are using a debit or bank card, your financial institution may place a hold on the funds when your order is placed. | What is priority processing? f you select Expedited or Overnight shipping during checkout, your order will be handled immediately and depending on the items ordered, the processing time may be reduced by up to 3 days.

| What does it mean when my order says 'Processing'? If we are processing your order for payment authorization, either we are batching, picking and packing your order for shipment to you or we are waiting for an item to arrive so that we can continue processing your order. | How will I know when my order ships? We will send you a Shipping Notification email when your order has been shipped including a Tracking or Airway Bill number (only if a tracking service is available for your package). Orders are shipped and delivered between Monday and Friday, therefore any delivery estimates do not include weekends.

| Do you ship to my country? Probably- we ship almost everywhere! When placing your order, the Shipping Information page contains a drop-down list for you to select your country. If your country is not listed, unfortunately we are unable to ship to that location.

| How is my order packaged? We take great care to ensure that your purchases are carefully and appropriately packed for transit.

| Paintings and Art Prints are rolled in protective wrap and packaged in a cardboard cylinder.

| Glossy Photos and Photo Cards are packaged in a protective flat cardboard envelope.
|
| Decorative Mirrors, Canvas Transfers, Mounted Items and Framed Items are covered in protective wrap and packaged in a sturdy cardboard box.

| How do I return my order? At AllPaintings.com we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. In the event that you are not satisfied with any item, you may return in within 30 days of receipt and we will give you a replacement or refund the price of the item. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please read the instructions below for information on how to return an item.

| Reason for return: order damaged during delivery or other quality concerns

| If you have a quality concern, you can speed up your return with Easy Photo Return by taking the following steps:

- 1. Take a digital photo of the damaged item and the shipping container it arrived in (if damaged).
- 2. Complete an Easy Photo Return form including the photos and indicate whether you would like a refund or replacement.
- 3. Within 24-48 hours you will receive an email confirming that your Easy Photo Return is being processed.
- 4. If your Easy Photo Return is confirmed you will not be required to return the item and we will process your refund or replacement.

| Please note that Easy Photo Return is not available for some items, including Apparel, Tapestries, Hand Painted Art and Limited Edition Prints. If the photographic evidence does not demonstrate any damage or quality issue, you may be required to return the item at your expense for the return to be processed. | f the item is not right for you, return it and you will receive a full refund (shipping charges not included) by taking the following steps:

- 1. Complete and print the Return Request form on the back of the Packing List included in your order.
- 2. Ship your item and the Return Request form back to us in the original packaging (we strongly encourage you to use a tracking service).
- 3. We will usually issue your refund within 48-72 hours of receiving the package.
